One of the great things about being a courier driver is that you get to see a lot of interesting things outside your window. Aside from the beautiful landscapes and landmarks that you will see when driving around the UK, there are also a lot of animals that you may spot from time to time whilst on the job.
Here are some of the most common wild animals in the UK to look out for when you are driving during the day or night on courier jobs.
Badgers
These nocturnal creatures do appear in the day sometimes, but there is more chance you will come across them when the sun has set. They are very beautiful and still quite rare to see in most places, so it is always exciting to see one walking along at the side of the road whilst you zip past on your courier work. However, they are not too quick and can end up getting in the way of your vehicle so always be very careful if you do see one. They are also much more common to come across in the countryside than in the cities.
